Sea Pinks.

Sea Pinks was formerly a dairy, and had been converted to a dwelling. It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty looking over the south coast.

We were originally called on to do the driveway and build an extension to the property. However this project ‘grew some legs’ and we ended up taking on the rest of the property from a previous builder.

Despite this project having more challenges than usual, we enjoyed being able to transform this former agricultural building into a beautiful modern home with spectacular views of Loe Bar. Many thanks to Stroma Building Control for their assistance navigating a complex job.
